Why a minimum 50% increase?

A relevant rate increase incentivizes publishers to send you more traffic than they have before. From analyzing our data from years of connecting publishers and merchants, we found that rate increases lower than 50% do not represent enough of an incentive for publishers to send considerably more traffic. So we set this limit to make sure that merchants get a high return on their investment, and publishers are rewarded well for their extra effort.
