We have Managed Merchants and Standard Merchants at Skimlinks. Merchants who are generating over $1,500/£1,000 in commission per month, for three consecutive months from Skimlinks Editorial Content Publishers are eligible to be a Managed Merchant, but please note that revenue is simply part of the consideration. Meeting the revenue goals means that your program will be considered for account management by the commercial team. There are other factors that will impact the choice, but revenue is the initial qualification. We assess which Merchants are Managed vs. Standard on a quarterly basis.
Managed Merchants receive a dedicated Skimlinks Account Manager whom they work with to assess and grow performance, and contact Publishers on your behalf, incentivizing them with increased rates to drive more revenue.
Standard Merchants who do not qualify to be Managed still have various opportunities for optimization with our Publishers so they can drive enough revenue to become Managed. Please see our Optimization section for more information.
