Monthly reports are normally sent on the 4th of each month and weekly reports are sent every Monday. If you have not received your report, please check your junk/spam folder to ensure it didn't go in there. The emails come from email@example.com and the Subject is "Merchant report for [Merchant Name]."
Also, if Skimlinks Publishers have not driven clicks or sales for the month or week prior, then we will not send a report. We only send reports when there is data to include.
If there has been activity from Skimlinks Publishers and you are still not seeing the report in your junk/spam folder, please contact our Account Specialist team, and they will look into it for you and make sure you get your report.
