Understanding the Dashboard Message
- Data-Driven: The "Performance by Page" (Posts) report only generates data when a user clicks a link. If you haven't received any clicks yet, the report remains empty.
- Wait for Traffic: Even if your installation is perfect, it can take 24-48 hours for your first live clicks to process and appear in the Hub.

Before opening a tech ticket, perform these three verification steps:
- Check Installation Status: Go to the Install tab. Is the status badge Green (Installed)? If yes, your code is working perfectly.
- Perform a Test-Click: Navigate to your website, click on one of your merchant links, and then check the Real-time Clicks report after 2-3 hours.
- Active Links: Ensure that the merchants you are linking to are active in the Skimlinks network.
Status: If your installation is green and your test-click appears in the reports, your account is functional. No support ticket is required to "activate" your dashboard; data will appear automatically with your first organic clicks.
