Using the Trending Products Report

The Trending Products report provides you with insights into the products trending across the Skimlinks network that you’re not featuring in your content. You can use the report for content inspiration – find products to update evergreen articles, share on social media, or highlight on your homepage.

And the best bit? The Trending Products Report is updated hourly, so you always have access to the latest insights on evolving trends throughout the day. Please click on Refresh data to view most accurate data when using the report. 

The Report shows:

• Product opportunities - name of the product and merchant which is trending and you have not written about yet
• Merchant EPC - EPC paid out by the merchant
• Merchant conversion rate 
• Clicks rank - rank of product by clicks. The percentage shown is the change in that rank 
• Get link - get product link from merchant website

You can perform the following actions in this report:

• View data by - Clicks today, Sales last 7 days, Sales last 30 days. Products will be ranked from high to low so you can see how they move throughout the day
• View products by - Trending or Most Popular
• Site selector - select which domain you want to view data for, or leave at All Sites to view data from all domains
• Country - see which products consumers are engaging with most in your region or view all countries
• Categories - see which products consumers are engaging with most in your vertical or view all categories
• Merchant - see which products consumers are engaging with from a specific merchant or view all merchants
• Download - export and download a CSV of the information displayed in the report
• Keywords - Looking for something specific? Search for a specific keyword such as trainers or denim
• Report currency - select to view data in your local currency (currently there are 10 currencies to choose from)
• Merchant profile - merchant names are clickable and will take you to the merchant profile
• Product Name - product names are clickable and will take you to the product website

Please note – The click report shows products trending across the entire Skimlinks network, as such, there is a possibility that the merchant does not have an active program in your country. Please check the Merchant Profile page for full details about the merchant.
